Michael Belanger

Mike Belanger brings deep, hands-on expertise in the plumbing and HVACR industry, with a rare ability to connect with stakeholders at every level — from the boiler room to the boardroom. At CDA, he leads efforts to educate OEMs, engineers, architects, contractors, and inspectors on the advantages of copper, drawing on presentations, hands-on instruction, and direct field engagement to make the case.

Belanger’s career took shape in large-scale construction, where he delivered plumbing and HVACR systems on major commercial projects and built lasting relationships across the industry. His background as both an estimator and project manager gives him a well-rounded view of the full construction lifecycle, from early planning through execution. He is a licensed master plumber and gas fitter, a journeyman pipefitter, a LEED Accredited Professional and an ASSE 6010 certified Medical Gas Installer / Brazer.
