The calculations are based on the Hazen-Williams formula:
Hazen-Williams Equation: P equals 4.52 times Q to the 1.85, divided by C to the 1.85 times d to the 4.87.
Where:
P = friction loss, psi per linear foot
Q = flow, g.p.m.
d = average I.D., in inches
C = constant, 150
